A preliminary investigation has concluded that beloved comedian Robin Williams died of suicide by asphyxiation, authorities in Marin County, California have confirmed. The actor was found in his home on Monday morning by his personal assistant who called 911. Lt. Keith Boyd, assistant deputy chief coroner of the Marin County Sheriff's Office revealed that Robin was confirmed dead by paramedics at 12.02pm, and added that toxicology results and a full forensic examination will be available in two to six weeks.
